NORTHERN TIER

Imagine spending your days gliding along peaceful, quiet waters.  Not a sound.  No planes.  No trucks.  Nothing.  Just silence.  Of the four national high adventure bases, Northern Tier is by far, the most remote.  An experience of a lifetime.  Backcountry paddling in a remote wilderness.

Along with this experience, comes challenges.  Wilderness paddling is an experience all its own.  Portaging all of your canoes and equipment from lake to lake is an unique experience.  The terrain is rugged.  Steep rough rocks, waist deep muck, and wind will all test your mettle.  But you are tough.  Different.  Scout tough!
